TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE 

All bidders must be registered with an assigned bidder number. 

Payment shall be made day of sale by cash, cashier's check, or company check.  

Bank inquiry will be made to your financial institution to verify funds. 

Photo identification will be required to register for the auctiion.

All items are sold "as is"  "where is."   No items are sold with warranty expressed or implied.  

All Sales are final!  No exceptions.

The auctioneer has discretion to accept or decline bids as he or she decides.

A buyer's premium of ten percent (10%) will be charged on all items unless otherwise specified by auctioneer's opening statements. 

All items must be removed within twenty four hours (24hrs)  after the end of the sale.

Allied Auction Co. will not assist in loading any items or arrange transportation of any items; however, there may be third party shippers on sight who are in the business of shipping and/or transporting merchandise.

Complaints in regards to the auctioneers conduct may be made in writing to: Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation in Austin, Texas attn: "Auctioneers."

Auctioneer's opening statements take precedence over any written or prior oral representation expressed or implied.

Allied Auction Company will not be responsible for any injury sustained on the premises where auction is conducted.
